The Limits of Textuality

SPELL 13 contains a selection of papers given at the International Conference on the Limits of Textuality, at the University of Geneva in May 1999. Addressing their topic from a variety of angles in a truly interdisciplinary spirit, the essays probe the limits of the approach which reads both texts and reality as something purely textual.
